How often can I wash my unit?
You can wash your unit as often as you like. I suggest you cleanse the hair once every two weeks with sulfate free products to keep the unit silky, nourished, soft and manageable. Avoid using tea tree and mint shampoos as they can cause your extensions to matte when shampooing. Try to use products designed to detangle and moisturize, smooth, shine and protect.
What shampoo and conditioner do I use?
Any Hydration Shampoo & Conditioner will be fine, if your unit or bundles is really oily wash once with clarifying shampoo and before you wash with your hydration shampoo. Please make sure your brush you wig or bundle out good before you wash to ensure no tangles during this process.
Can I dye or bleach the hair?
Yes, you can but I strongly recommend seeking out a professional stylist to do so, please keep in mind this is 100% human hair and you can damage it by over processing. We are not responsible for colour damage.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to the nature of our products we do not allow cancellations . However there is a 12 hour grace period after placing orders, to make changes . Please send requests to hairbysids22@gmail.com.

How long after I place my order, will I receive my order?
Once your order is place, that’s when I begin the process of making the unit. Each unit has the process time included in the Item description. Keep in mind it 7 to 10 business days weekends are not included. If the unit description states unit is available for immediate shipping it will ship within 1-2 business days. All products and bundles ships within 1-3 business days, Unless it is a pre-sale, all pre-sale items ship within 10 business days unless other wise stated.
Can I pay you for my unit once it complete.

Do I have to go to a salon to have it installed?
No, all my units are made to worn glue-less or less stated otherwise, If you would like you wig to be glued down you can do so but it is not necessary. Each unit has combs and adjustable bands to ensure a nice snug fit.
How long will the unit last?
With proper care and maintenance your unit or bundles will last a 2-3years.
What is the difference between custom made wig and premade wig?
Custom wiga are specially made for each customer. Custom wigs are made with custom measurements just for you and you only. It is not a one size fit all wig. Premade wigs comes as S,M or L based on the sizing chart on the website. They will fit most customers.
How many bundles do I need for a custom wig order?
All wigs must consist of 3 bundles and a closure/frontal for length under 22 inches. If you are ordering longer than 22 inches we recommend 4 bundles.
What is the proper way to wear my hair under my units?
For the best results a FLAT braided foundation. The smaller the braids the better. Straight back braids are recommended for closure and frontal application.
